So, a long time ago (probably about six months ago) I made a list of all the guilds I could find including their active state and the owners. This list isn’t 100% accurate as a lot of the guilds have almost no modern data I could make any accurate listings, but I’m confident for the most part that majority of the guilds are at least listed as far as I am aware. You can view and contribute to the document here and contribute to what I would consider the largest guild list archive. If there are any inaccuracies, feel free to add onto it.

• Imported all the data from the spreadsheet into a OneNote document for each guild to have their own individual page to include various details while also looking nice. (See Page 3 of this thread for visual) The OneNote document is not set for public viewing yet with no determined eta.

No, no, no, that's actually a glaring inaccuracy, KTA has never been disbanded (well, unless you count the "old KTA". But then you should change the owner to OCDexter).
While it's true that we have lost many members over the past years and months, we still have several members who are highly active either here, on discord or even in aottg(Mzlaoq, Sammi, AlgerianWizard, Putteppers, hydradoge).

If no one changes by the end of the week I’ll be sure to switch it over. Kinda impossible at the moment with me stuck to mobile for all my edits and such. Trying to copy paste different cells is utter cancer especially when your phone screen is 4”. My thumbs aren’t big, but this phone sure makes them seem large. But yeah I’ll have a hold of Internet and a laptop by Saturday so I’ll do some stuff then.

Sammi is still alive? Also I literally never had any interaction with the wizard guy or hydradoge


(Btw afaik is BAKA still alive, I used to play in their server not long ago)
 
It’s definitely something to look into. Just a tad difficult since quite a few are private and casual with few contact leafs. Gotta thank the Wikia for that though, But yeah, gonna be fun making the changes considering I need to see if there are newer guilds which I’m sure are just another group of the last new guild. Kinda the same repetitive cycle but what can ya do.

I'm not really sure how exactly to add to the list..?
and I'm not really sure if I want to speak for their guild anyways..
but, I've been seeing a lot of members of the "Seal Corps" around, and at one point I did get an invitation from their guild leader (ItzSeal) to join

I'm not really sure if ItzSeal is their in-game name or not, but that's the name they seem to go by, so..
I don't really know, I THINK it's an active guild, so you may wish to add it..? :)

Edit: Oh, and I feel like I should mention.. I don't know all of ToL's history, but I was a member of that guild towards the end, and I know when I got there, Arise wasn't there..?
I don't think I ever got to meet them- by the time I got there, the leader was someone we called Ghost, but I believe his full username was Ghosthunter

Yeah afaik Arise went inactive and then just disbanded the guild at the end, but that's all 4 years in the past, memory of that time is kinda foggy.

Btw I got a lotta shit for you that's not on the list. I'll just need to go through all my screenshots.
 
Now that you mention Ghosthunter, I think you may be right as I recall some posts on the Forums regarding Arise being replaced with Ghost. I think it may actually be in ToL’s thread but I honestly can’t remember because that was like 2-3 years ago if not longer.

I’ll be sure to add the Seal Corps to the list and the other edits. Haven’t been able to because studies and exploring the new town here. I’ll also head back to the Wiki because I think there was a recent addition to the guild list there.

Edit: Just added a few changes with a changelog on the original post of this thread.
 
I recently found deutscherapfel again in-game and some of his guildmates. He's the leader of Apple Warriors. I guess you can label them as active since I've spotted them hosting Apple Warriors servers twice now in the past like week or so.

Oh and I guess you can also add my first guild Black Rose Garden to the disbanded list. Hahah it disbanded in like a week since we never had any way to communicate (not even skype) and just kinda agreed to host a server with our guildname at 5pm every day back in like early 2014. Take note kids, that's how we did it before skype and discord became a thing!
 
Considering adding more information to the list in the future. It’ll take a lot of time, but something to get me by though my boredom lapses.

Notable Additions Being:
• Guild Logos, Emblems, and notable accomplishments.
• Active contact info, with permission/public access of course.
• Making it look not like garbage.

Was thinking to do more but ehh. Join dates, disbanding dates, and all that information would be pretty rough to get a hold of. But I’ll probably work on more once I’m done with the guild stuff and work on more categories such as players, scores, and general information type things. Lots of this is on the Wikia, but that information has kinda become a trasheap as of the last few months. Gotta get all this information logged. Thankfully this can be extended with RE, E, and the other fanganes as well.

  • Would be really cool, but not many guilds went through the trouble to make an actual logo.
  • I can make it so that only registered users can see the thread, so their contact info isn't just smeared everywhere?
  • Having it on google spreadsheets makes it inherently fugly

• Roughly 40% at least have some logo which typically are the more popular and active guilds. Most can be seen on Weebly, Fenglee, and the Unoffical Wikia list. However majority are just a recolor of the Survey Corps logo. These things are mainly just for archiving the identity of anything.

• Up to you on that because the contact information is public anyways. Referencing open links to Discord groups, Skype and Discord contact information, and even more that are easier to find as the information that would be shared here, would be listed the same a source their open post on public sites such as the ones listed. That and it just takes one person to just copy the url to the doc and it’ll be public that way.

• It can be made very pretty, but requires a lot of time. Mostly by having separate tabs per guild. If another option comes around I’ll probably do that, but for the first draft of information storage I’ll just have the doc to make things easier to find. I would have a dedicated site for it, but I personally dislike Wikia and similar sites so I’ll see on that.
 
I could make a custom page on this site for something like that, so it would immediately solve all formatting and design issues, but that would also mean that I'd have to be the one updating the list cause you dont have admin and server back-end priviliges.

Or you could just put the whole list on this threads first post and just put them in spoiler tabs or some shit. But then again formatting on mobile would be a hellhole
 
Pretty much. I would prefer to do it via the Wikia since most of it is there already, but there’s a certain format it needs to follow, limitations, and overall just a pain to have it all on a single page. I will most likely, if anything, just save it all on this new doc and when I get the time, import it over to a domain. Thankfully I can get majority of it all setup and done in about 2 days (If I had my PC with internet access). Hardest part is just getting the information from people.

Guild logos won’t be an issue since I just navigate to where I got the names for most Guilds since a lot have websites, but descriptions of each one will definitely be the hardest thing on the list. Mostly because if I went up and asked them to describe it, I’m confident majority will have a very similar description of: “We are/were a social community that openly enjoys playing games with one another and welcomes anyone looking to make friends and enjoy themselves.” When really they are: “We actually don’t give a <insert foul language> about anyone and generally just meme or not talk at all except to the one or two people we gossip with.”

Fun times ahead.

Mainly this. Plus if things go as I would like them, each guild would have its own dedicated section so it isn’t and cluttered and actually easy to navigate, view, and all that jazz.

Actual founder was Chaosblade (not me btw I was just a noobie nobody back then hahahah~)

Also looks like a lotta peeps found this thread and many of em complimented on the accuracy and detail in the list abii :aww:

I'm glad that quite a few appreciate the list and while I do think majority of the accuracy came from me just stealing the post's from Feng's site, I still appreciate people considering it worth looking at. Still debating that the accuracy comes from majority just being dead though.

Just updated the list and fixed the stuff and added some new stuff.
