You know, that game with the blocks and things.

Does anybody still play or want to play Minecraft?

If there is a big enough audience here, I could rent a server for us all and make it the 'Official KTA server' or something like that.
Gamemode and rules and things would be discussed along the way, since there's probably some time till anybody will even reply to this topic~

As for the server renting, I'm a poor pleb so I'll only be able to pay for a stable vanilla server only. So no fancy mods or modpacks, but of course if the demand is there, we could open for donations so we can afford a better server and run modpacks from Technic or FTB on our server.

Are you interested but haven't played since the Beta days? Have no fear!

Well I won a minecraft account from a friend in a drinking game long ago (like 2 years) and he still didn't give it to me >.> and I have only played about 3 hours of minecraft before i became bored of it (the 4h trial version ya know), but I believe that any game with multiplayer is fun with the right people, so I can pay that guy a visit and we can go play :D

Also since the raspberry from fort didn't get used for hosting of the forum, we could use it for a MC server. To not throw money away. Is it possible, gika? I'll google stuff how it all werks :P

Ohh~ a dedicated server would be pretty great, but I have absolutely no clue on how to set up a server like that +all the Port forwarding business and making automatic backups of the world and how to manually add mods to an existing server and and and-

ahem, what I mean is saving the money would be neat but we'd have to deal with all the complicated stuff ourselves... Is that money really worth all that trouble? xD
I've rented servers here and there and from my experience it's like +/- 5 euros (per month) for a good vanilla server.

Uh. i have a 200$ switch at home that the forum is using and works better than ever, so port forwarding shoudln't be a prob. Other stuff should have some tutorials online, but idk if fort will need the rasp back or not >.> I'll ask him tomorrow in skul. 5e per months is pretty inexpensive i guess. We could host one and see if we'll play a lot we can ask fort for IT help on setting up our own. Sound good?

We gonna compete like some hunger games? Like everyone scatters and builds a fortress and then after like a week we start killing each other? That'd be quite fun :p (tho i haven't played MC in ages and don't even know how to make the fokeng sawblock)

Unfortunately, I don't have minecraft yet... HOWEVER, I do have the money to pay my elder sister who will hopefully allow me to use her card to buy it. I'm also interested in that project thing ^-^. Oh, dibs on the torture dungeon.
