Sh?jo, shojo, or shoujo manga (????, sh?jo manga) is manga aimed at a teenage female readership. The name romanizes the Japanese ?? (sh?jo), literally "young girl". It is also romance C:

This topic is kinda aimed for the females of KTA (Even though we have like 2...[sub]HEY WE HAVE LIKE 4 NOW!!! WOOT[/sub]), but Shoujo manga (or anime) can be read by any gender (like females can read Shounens if they chose to) . You can just generally talk about your favourite Shoujo manga here and discuss the protagonists and your favourite characters etc.

I just googled what 'Aoharu x Kikanjuu' was and I have come to understand (with watching a few not-that-romancy shoujo anime ._.) that some shoujo's are not just romance but maybe if there are (and I can safely say) 'handsome' guys in the anime and they are the main characters, they are also (usually) shoujo. If you know 'Free!' (the reverse harem about guys swimming) then you'll notice the plot doesn't really revolve around the girl, it revolves around the guys and their swimming ._. (google it and you'll understand xD)
