It’s actually not that bad in comparison to a lot of things out there, but Microsoft wants to erase any connection between their product and Notch’s seemly aggressive tweets regarding his views on some topics. Such as him saying he’d rather be a facist than have a female dick. Or saying that communist are bad and the only good one is one connected to your fist. I don’t think they are the worst tweets out there, and of the product was still in his name I wouldn’t remove him from it, however it’s not his anymore and I can understand why he was removed. At the same time however, I think the change was to appease a specific demographic opposed from the actual issue.
